Biography

At Pasadena City College: Was the Most Improved on the squad. Won state championships in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. Team also won the state title. Had best marks of 10.60 in the 100, 21.3 in the 200 and 47.2 in the 400. Also ran for one year at Long Beach City College and was part of a 4x100 relay team that won a Southern California championship.
 
At Long Beach Cabrillo High School: Set school records in the 100, 200, 400, 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay. Competed in basketball, football and track and field.
 
Personal: Son of Sergio Sandoval and Sharon McGiffert. Majoring in social work. Enjoys Xbox, cars and movies. Lists winning the state championship while at Pasadena as his most exciting experience in sports.
