Cal State LA Athletics

2024: Had a promising season for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the defending NCAA Division II national champions. Appeared in 13 matches and 41 sets. Had eight kills, five set assists, 10 digs and 33 blocks. Was fifth on the team in blocks. Made her Cal State LA debut and played one set against Chaminade on Sept. 6. Picked up her first two blocks in a four-set win over Simon Fraser on Sept. 12. Had season highs with six blocks and five digs in California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament win over Cal Poly Pomona on Nov. 22. Had two kills and four blocks in CCAA Tournament championship match against Stanislaus State on Nov. 23. Had 13 blocks in Cal State LA’s three matches and was named to the CCAA All-Tournament Team.

At Elsinore High School: Earned All-League honors twice during her career. Was named the team All-Around Most Valuable Player and Offensive Most Valuable Player.

Personal: Daughter of Jason and Melissa Vogel. Majoring in business. Enjoys wakesurfing and being with family. Lists winning local tournaments and medaling at national tournaments as her most exciting experiences in sports.
