Cal State LA Athletics

2026: Had a sensational season for the Golden Eagles in her second year of competition. Had best marks of 168-8 in the discus and 145-11 in the hammer. Finished fourth in the discus at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships and earned All-America honors. Set a new personal best in the event by more than five feet. Earned All-West Region honors as well in the discus. Won the California Collegiate Athletic Association championship in the discus for the second time. Also finished sixth in the hammer. Also competed for Cal State LA’s indoor track and field team. Had a best mark of 54-6 in the weight throw. The mark is No. 2 all-time at Cal State LA. Earned All-West Region honors in the weight throw.

2025: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any meets for the Golden Eagles.

2024: Had a sensational season in her first year with the program. Won the California Collegiate Athletic Association championship in the discus with a throw of 150-2. Also earned points for the team by finishing fourth in the shot put. Placed 12^th in the hammer. Had best marks of 40-4.25 in the shot put, 150-2 in the discus and 151-1 in the hammer. Also competed for Cal State LA’s indoor team and had best marks of 38-9 in the shot put and 51-1.50 in the weight throw. Earned Cal State LA’s Female Freshman of the Year award.

At Cajon High School: Won Citrus Belt League championships in the discus in 2023 and shot put in 2022. Finished fourth in CIF in the discus and sixth in the shot put. Had best marks of 132-2 in the discus and 39-3 in the shot put. Had a 3.5 grade point average in high school.

Personal: Daughter of Clete Satterwhite and Christina Alcantar. Majoring in criminal justice. Enjoys making bracelets, listening to music and dancing. Lists winning the CCAA discus championship with a mark of 46.06 meters as her most exciting experience in sports. Notes she is majoring in criminal justice and plans to be a part of the DEA after graduating from Cal State LA.
