At Olympic College: Earned NWAC Athlete of the Week honors. Had best marks of 28.54 in the 200 and 63.62 in the 400.

At San Diego High School: Received the program’s Hardest Working award.

Personal: Daughter of Brian and Sarah Hill. Majoring in journalism. Enjoys oil painting, surfing and surf instruction and lifeguarding. Lists meeting with Olympic athletes when competing as her most exciting experience in sports. Says she met Chari Hawkins through her high school coaches and she was one of the kindest athletes she had the opportunity to speak with. One of her coaches is the brother of the Long Beach State head coach and she spoke with her before she left to coach the USA Women’s Olympic relay team in Paris. Says her favorite aspect of track aside from the PRs and the competition is the bond you build with your teammates and the safe space you create with the people you train with. You are stronger and more united standing with your teammates rather than standing alone.
