Summary

Biography

2023: Came up big for the Golden Eagles in a key moment to highlight her final season with the program. Came on to deliver a successful penalty kick in a 2-0 shootout advantage for Cal State LA after a 0-0 tie with Simon Fraser in a first-round NCAA playoff game on Nov. 16. Converted on the team’s first attempt to give the Golden Eagles an early lead and help them advance to the next round. Also played seven minutes in a 1-0 win at Concordia on Aug. 31. For her career, appeared in five games and played a total of 33 minutes.

2022: Made contributions for the Golden Eagles in her first competitions for the program. Appeared in three games and played a total of 26 minutes. Made her Cal State LA debut and played seven minutes in a 0-0 tie against Cal State Monterey Bay on Sept. 23. Played nine minutes in a 1-0 win over San Francisco State on Oct. 16. Played a season-high 10 minutes at Stanislaus State on Oct. 21. Also competed for Cal State LA’s track and field program in the spring (2023). Had a best mark of 28-7.50 in the shot put.

2021: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any games for the Golden Eagles.

2020: Was on the roster, but team did not compete due to COVID-19.

At Warren High School: Was a three-time member of the Long Beach Press Telegram’s Dream Team from 2018-20. Also won her team’s Most Improved Player award as a sophomore in 2018 and earned Golden Boot Awards in 2019 and 2020.

Personal: Daughter of Leocadio and Maria Macedo. Majoring in finance. Enjoys listening to music, hanging out with family, traveling and learning about different places. Lists winning and scoring a goal in the National Cup final for her club team and winning the CCAA Tournament in 2022 as her most exciting experiences in sports. Also lists scoring the game-winning goal against her high school’s rival twice in one season. Notes her older brother, Missael, played for Cal State LA and her other older brother, Aaron, played for Cal Poly Pomona.
