Cal State LA Athletics

2022: Was a contributor once again for the NCAA Division II West Region and California Collegiate Athletic Association champions in her final year with the program. Appeared in 13 matches and 18 sets. Had four kills, three digs and two blocks. Earned 2022 CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition. For her career, appeared in 36 matches and 92 sets. Had seven kills, 15 service aces, 30 digs, three blocks and three set assists.

2021: Made big contributions for the Golden Eagles in her first season the court. Appeared in 23 matches and 74 sets. Tied for sixth on the team with 15 service aces. Also had three kills, three set assists and 27 digs. Had a season-high two kills in a three-set win at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 15. Had a season-high three service aces in back-to-back matches against Regis on Sept. 4 and at Alaska Fairbanks on Sept. 9. Had a season-high four digs at San Francisco State on Sept. 25 and matched that in a four-set win at Chico State on Oct. 8. Also competed for Cal State LA’s beach volleyball team in the spring (2022). Had a 1-0 record at No. 2 pairs and played her other 14 matches at No. 3 pairs, 12 of them with Shelby Grubbs. Earned 2021-22 CCAA All-Academic honors and 2021 CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition.

2020: Earned 2020-21 CCAA All-Academic honors and also received 2020 CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition in her first year with the program. Team did not compete due to COVID-19.

At American River Junior College: Earned first-team, All-Big 8 Conference honors in 2019 and was the conference’s Most Valuable Player. Also earned first-team All-State honors. Received third-team All-America honors.

At Oakmont High School: Played on the varsity team for three years and earned scholar-athlete awards all three years. Earned first-team All-League honors as a senior and second-team honors as a junior.

Personal: Daughter of Chris and Renee Linder. Majoring in biology. Enjoys tending to plants, going on hikes and watching Marvel movies. Lists beating Cal State San Bernardino in the NCAA playoffs and winning the state championship for the first time in program history with American River Junior College in 2018 as her most exciting experiences in sports.
