Cal State LA Athletics

2015-16: Had a strong second season with the Golden Eagles and concluded her Cal State L.A. career. Appeared and started in 24 games. Played a total of 652 minutes. Averaged 7.7 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. Was fifth on the team in scoring and second in rebounding. Had a season-high 17 points at Cal Poly Pomona (12-2-15). Had 13 points and a season-high eight rebounds against Cal State East Bay (1-8-16). For her career, appeared in 49 games and started 49 times. Played a total of 1,308 minutes. Averaged 7.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.

2014-15: Had an impressive first season with the Golden Eagles. Started a team-high 25 games and was one of the team’s top players. Averaged 6.4 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. Was fourth on the team in rebounding and sixth in scoring. Had a season-high 23 points and seven rebounds in a win at Chico State (1-30-15). Also had 16 points and 10 rebounds in her Cal State L.A. debut at Azusa Pacific (11-18-14). Had a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double in a win at San Francisco State (1-24-15).

At San Francisco City College: Earned second-team All-North Coast Conference honors after helping team to a conference championship with a 12-0 mark. Averaged 10.0 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. Team advanced to the third round of the playoffs and finished its season with an overall record of 25-4.  Earned All-Tournament honors at the Sierra tourney.

At Heritage High School: Earned the team’s Defensive Player of the Year and Most Improved awards.

Personal: Daughter of Frank and Lisa Knox. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys exercising, eating and going to the beach. Lists making the game-winning shot from half court in a high school game as her most exciting experience in sports.
