2014-15: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in 25 games and started six times. Led the team in scoring with 9.1 points per game. Also averaged 3.1 rebounds per game. Led the team with 70 assists and 39 steals. Made his first appearance and start for the Golden Eagles at California Baptist (11-19-14). Scored nine pionts in 35 minutes. Scored a season-high 23 points in a 58-56 win over Cal Poly Pomona (1-17-15). Had 13 points and set season highs with eight assists and six steals in a 70-59 win at Cal State Dominguez Hills (11-29-14). Had 14 points and a season-high seven rebounds against UC San Diego (1-16-15). Reached double figures in scoring nine times. 

At San Diego State: Appeared in 50 games in two seasons with the Aztecs. Played in 33 of 34 games in 2011-12 and appeared in 17 games with one start in 2010-11 season. Shot 86.1 percent from the free-throw line and was second on the team in assists as a sophomore.

At Great Oak High School: Averaged 17.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.2 steals as a senior. Posted 22 double-double efforts and had 10 games with 20-plus point performances. Earned McDonald’s All-America honors. Received Scouts Inc. and ESPN.com’s highest grade of “immediate impact prospect” coming out of high school.

Personal: Son of Brad and Donna Franklin. Majoring in communications. Enjoys learning.
