2016: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any matches with the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program.

2015: Had a strong first season with the Golden Eagles. Was second on the team with 289 digs and also contributed 10 service aces. Reached double figures in digs 15 times, including the last 10 matches of the season. Had a season-high 21 digs against Sonoma State on Nov. 7 and had 19 digs in four other matches. Also contributed 56 set assists, including a season-high six against Cal Poly Pomona on Sept. 23.

At Cypress College: Earned All-Orange Empire Conference first-team honors and led the team in digs with 341. Was also second on the team in points scored with 325. Averaged 3.33 kills and 4.17 digs per set. Helped the team finish second in the conference with a 21-5 overall record and a 10-4 conference mark.

At Downey High School: Earned first-team All-League honors all four years in high school and was league Most Valuable Player twice. Also earned first-team All-CIF. Was on CIF back-to-back championship teams in soccer and volleyball. Was on the school’s Honor Roll as a junior and senior.

Personal: Daughter of Bill and Sandra Taylor. Majoring in liberal studies. Enjoys the beach, spending time with family and friends and hiking. Lists winning back-to-back CIF championships at Downey High School and earning her AAA on the sand as her most exciting experiences in sports. Notes she has four older brothers.
