Biography

2021-22: Had another strong season and was a key leader for the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program. Started all 23 games she played in and averaged nearly 30 minutes per game. Led the team and was second in the California Collegiate Athletic Association with 95 assists (4.1 per game) and led the conference in assist/turnover ratio (+3.2). Was also fifth on the team in scoring with 5.5 points per game and fourth in rebounding with 3.6 per game. Scored a season-high 18 points and played all 40 minutes against Central Washington (12-20-21). Reached double figures in scoring twice. Had a season-high nine assists in two games, first against Cal State Dominguez Hills (12-4-21) and again against Cal Poly Pomona on (2-10-22). Recorded a career-high nine rebounds against San Francisco State (12-9-21). For her career, appeared in 101 games with 91 starts. Played a total of 3,024 minutes. Averaged 7.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game.

2020-21: Was Cal State LA’s recipient of the 2020-21 Dr. Hal Charnofsky Award, an award presented by the California Collegiate Athletic Association for exemplary commitment to athletic and academic pursuits. Earned 2020-21 CCAA All-Academic honors and also received 2020-21 CCAA Winter Academic Honor Roll recognition. Was on the roster, but team did not compete due to COVID-19.

2019-20: Had an outstanding season in her third year with the program. Appeared and started in 27 games. Played a total of 847 minutes. Averaged 9.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game. Was third on the team in scoring and led the Golden Eagles in assists. Scored a career-high 19 points and had four rebounds and five assists in a 92-65 win over San Francisco State (12-5-19). Also had 19 points at Simon Fraser (11-15-19). Had 17 points in a season-opening 72-67 win over Biola (11-8-19). Had 16 points and six rebounds in an 88-50 win over Chico State (1-2-20). Had nine points and a career-high 11 assists in an 80-74 victory over Humboldt State (1-18-20). Had 13 points and tied a career high with seven rebounds in a 69-60 win over Stanislaus State (1-16-20). Reached double figures in scoring 15 times. Received 2019-20 CCAA Winter All-Academic honors for a second straight year.

2018-19: Showed great improvement in her second season with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 26 games and started 19 times. Averaged 6.9 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists and was one of the team’s steadiest players. Scored a season-high 15 points in a win over Biola (11-9-18). Also had 14 points at Humboldt State (1-10-19). Had a season-high six assists at Chico State (1-12-19). Reached double figures in scoring eight times. Earned CCAA Winter All-Academic honors.

2017-18: Had a promising first season with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 25 games and started 22 times during her freshman campaign. Averaged 6.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. Was sixth on the team in scoring and third in assists. Scored a season-high 16 points in her Cal State LA debut at Central Washington (11-10-17). Had 15 points in a 65-61 win over Humboldt State, hitting 5-of-8 from 3-point range (1-26-18). Reached double figures in scoring seven times. Had a double-double with 12 points and a season-high 10 assists against Cal State Dominguez Hills (1-6-18).

At Chaminade College Preparatory: Was a four-year varsity player and a three-year All-Mission League honoree. Was a Scholar-Athlete for two years. Named the Most Valuable Defensive Player as a senior and team won CIF Open Division and State Open Division championships.

Personal: Daughter of Chris and Pam Fisher. Majored in psychology and is pursuing her Masters in Education: Curriculum and instruction. . Enjoys working out, coaching basketball and hanging out with friends. Lists winning the CIF Open Division and State Open Division titles as her most exciting experiences in sports. Notes she has a twin brother, Kyle, who coaches at Simi Valley High School, and an older brother, Bryan, who works as a men’s basketball assistant coach at Western Oregon University.
