Summary

Biography

2015-16: Had a second outstanding season with the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program. Appeared in 27 games and started 22 times. Played a total of 837 minutes. Averaged 4.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. Led the team in minutes played and was second in assists with 41. Had a season-high 13 points in a 74-61 win over Cal Poly Pomona (1-15-16). Also had 13 points against Central Washington (12-16-15). Had a career-high eight rebounds at Cal State East Bay (2-20-16). Had 11 points, seven rebounds and a career-high five assists in an 88-74 win at Humboldt State (12-5-15). For her career, appeared in 53 games and started 36 times. Played a total of 1,368 minutes. Averaged 4.4 points and 2.4 rebounds per game. Had a total of 65 assists.

2014-15: Had a strong first season with the Golden Eagles. Appeared in all 26 games and started 14 times. Averaged 4.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game. Was third on the team in 3-pointers made with 24. Had a season-high 15 points, including a season-best four 3-pointers at Cal State San Bernardino (1-1-15). Also had 13 points in a win against San Francisco State (2-27-15) and 10 points at Humboldt State (1-3-15).

At Fresno City College: Earned second-team All-Conference honors after averaging 7.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. Team advanced to the Final Four in the state playoffs.

At Humboldt State: Competed at the CCAA program as a freshman. Appeared in 28 games and started once. Had a season-high 13 points against Cal State L.A.

At Clovis West High School: Played four years of varsity basketball and was a team captain as a junior and senior. Earned All-Valley honors twice and was a Co-Most Valuable Player as a senior. Earned All-Tournament honors at the Nike Tournament of Champions as a senior. Was also a three-year varsity swimmer and water polo player. Received the Athlete of the Year award as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Kelly Orlich. Majoring in communications. Enjoys riding scooters with teammate Samantha Lee. Lists playing in the Southern Section Basketball Regionals as a sophomore in high school with her sister as her most exciting experience in sports. Says she has two sisters, Ashley and Brianna and a brother, Michael and that she loves to go swimming. Will serve as Cal State L.A.’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President for the 2015-16 academic year.
