Biography

2019: Had a strong season for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Had best times of 23.42 in the 200 meters and 51.42 in the 400. For his career, posted best times of 11.04 in the 100, 22.47 in the 200 and 51.42 in the 400. Earned a California Collegiate Athletic Association Spring All-Academic Award.

2018: Did not compete for the Golden Eagles last season and was a redshirt.

2017: Had a second good season with the Golden Eagles. Had best marks of 22.93 in the 200 and 51.55 in the 400. Had the team’s second-best time in the 400.

2016: Had a strong first season with the Golden Eagles. Had best marks of 11.04 in the 100, 22.47 in the 200 and 54.20 in the 400. Had the team’s fourth-fastest times in the 100 and 200.

At Middle College High School: Competed in track and field and basketball. Earned championships in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay and was on the school’s Honor Roll.

Personal: Son of George and Yolanda Martin. Majoring in industrial technology. Enjoys learning, making money and skateboarding. Lists traveling to New York, Seattle and Boise to compete in indoor track as his most exciting experience in sports.
