Biography

2019: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any meets for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program.

2018: Had a solid first season with the Golden Eagles and had a best mark of 6-3.25 in the high jump. Finished eighth in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in that event. Also had a best mark of 19-0 in the long jump.

At Dixon High School: Competed in basketball and track and field. Was a team Most Valuable Player all four years in high school and earned All-League honors twice in basketball. Earned All-League honors in track and field as well.

Personal: Son of Jamie Pierson. Majoring in fire protection. Enjoys gym. Lists getting to the third round of the playoffs as a junior and senior in high school as his most exciting experiences in sports.
