Cal State LA Athletics

2019-20: Made early-season contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in six games and played a total of 61 minutes. Made his Cal State LA debut and grabbed a season-high three rebounds and had two steals in 13 minutes against Concordia-Irvine (11-8-19). Had a season-high five points and one rebounds in a 90-82 win over Azusa Pacific (11-12-19). Had a season-high two assists in 12 minutes in a 78-69 win over Biola (11-9-19). Had four points and two rebounds in 12 minutes of an 86-83 win over Fresno Pacific (11-16-19).

At Northwestern State: Appeared in 55 games over two years with four starts. Averaged 4.4 points and 2.8 rebounds as a sophomore and 2.5 points and 1.7 rebounds as a freshman.

At Hesperia High School: Averaged 16 points, 12 rebounds, four blocks, two assists and three steals per game and helped lead Hesperia to its first-ever CIF playoff appearance in 2016-17. Won Mojave River League Most Valuable Player award as a junior and earned first-team All-League honors as a junior and senior. Earned first-team All-CIF honors and was chosen as Hesperia’s Athlete of the Year in 2016-17.

Personal: Son of Jimmy Ott and Brickey Moore. Majoring in Pan-African studies. Enjoys basketball and video games. Lists his first time checking in as his most exciting experience in sports.
