Summary

Biography

At Los Angeles Trade Tech: Earned All-America honors in the 5,000 meters. Won the Southern California championship and was fourth in the state. Also placed second in the state in the 10,000. Track team finished fourth in the nation, while the cross country team placed 11th in the state.
At South Gate High School: Was on the varsity cross country and track and field teams all four years in high school. Earned Most Outstanding Runner and Rookie of the Year awards. Won a league championship in cross country in 2007.
Personal: Majoring in Spanish/health science. Enjoys eating, dancing and sleeping. Lists the honor of being named an All-American as her most exciting experience in sports.
