Biography

At Arroyo High School: Competed in cross country and track and field. Won the Mission Valley League championship in cross country in 2022 and helped his team to a league championship. Had best times of 4:39.38 in the 1,600 and 10:14.83 in the 3,200 in track. Won league titles in the 1,600 and 3,200 in track. Competed in both events in CIF.

Personal: Son of Jesse Huerta and Denise Coronado. Majoring in biology. Enjoys running, video games, reading, photography and traveling. Lists the rush and excitement before each race as his most exciting experience in sports.
