2019: Was on the roster, but did not compete for Cal State LA's cross country team in the fall in her final season with the program. Was on the track and field roster in the spring (2020), but did not compete in any events for the Golden Eagles before the season was halted. For her career, had best marks of 2:54.59 in the 800 meters and 6:13.43 in the 1,500.

2018: Did not compete for Cal State LA’s cross country in the fall, but did run for the Golden Eagles’ track and field team in the spring (2019). Had best times of 2:57.13 in the 800 and 6:29.43 in the 1,500.

2017: Competed for Cal State LA’s cross country team in the fall and ran in five races. Finished 110^th in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a time of 27:56.5 over 6,000 meters. Competed for Cal State LA’s track and field team for the first time in the spring (2018) and had best marks of 2:54.59 in the 800 meters and 6:13.14 in the 1,500.

2016: Was on Cal State LA’s cross country roster, but did not compete and was a redshirt.

At Baldwin Park High School: Was on the school’s Honor Roll and earned a California Legislative Sports Award. Also earned an athletic award for cross country and track and field. Was a team Most Valuable Runner and earned all-state honors. Was on a league championship cross country team.

Personal: Daughter of Alfredo Gonzalez and Juana Martinez. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys hiking, walking her pet rabbit, getting boba and driving. Lists meeting new teammates and traveling with the team as her most exciting experiences in sports. Notes she loves sparkling apple cider.
