2024: Made contributions for the Golden Eagles in her first year of competition with the program. Appeared in four games and played a total of 45 minutes. Had one assist for one point. Made her Cal State LA debut and played six minutes in a 4-2 win over Westmont on Sept. 5. Had an assist on the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Vanguard on Sept. 11. Deflected a pass over to Mia Del Muro in the 45^th minute for the game-winner. Played a season-high 17 minutes in a 1-1 tie with Point Loma on Sept. 14 and played 16 minutes in her final appearance of the season, a 1-1 tie at Biola on Sept. 18. Earned 2024 California Collegiate Athletic Association Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition.

2023: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any games for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program.

At Marshall Fundamental High School: Earned first-team All-League honors and was Player of the Year as a senior. Earned first-team All-League honors and was team Most Valuable Player as a freshman. Was on the principal’s Honor Roll as a junior and senior and earned an Athletic Scholarship as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Fernando and Yesenia Marquez. Majoring in Kinesiology. Lists winning a CIF championship in 2022 in her last year in high school as her most exciting experience in sports.
