Biography

At Victor Valley College: Earned a conference medal by finishing eighth in the Inland Empire Athletic Conference and finished 98th in state in cross country. Had a best time of 21:53.4 over four miles in 2024. Had best marks of 1:58.96 in the 800, 3:58.63 in the 1,500, 8:53.34 in the 3,000 and 15:34.73 in the 5,000 in track and field.
At Oak Hills High School: Competed in soccer, cross country and track and field. Was a three-time Most Valuable Runner and competed on the varsity teams in all three sports.

Personal: Son of Severo and Elizabeth Duarte. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys video games, soccer and reptiles. Lists traveling, food, team memories, top finishes, scenery and locations as his most exciting experiences in sports.
