Biography

2025-26: Had a productive season for the Golden Eagles in his second year with the program. Appeared in all 28 games with 24 starts. Was fourth on the team in minutes played with 797. Averaged 9.9 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game. Was fourth on the team in scoring and second in assists. Led the team with 53 made 3-pointers. Made his first career start for the Golden Eagles and had five points and two steals against Biola (11-14-25). Had a career-high 27 points in 29 minutes against Western Oregon (11-29-25). Also had a game-high 21 points in an 83-80 win over Chico State (1-31-26). Had 21 points at San Francisco State (2-7-26). Reached double figures in scoring nine times and scored 20 or more points three times. Earned 2025-26 California Collegiate Athletic Association honors and 2024-25 CCAA Winter Academic Honor Roll recognition.

2024-25: Was limited to just three games due to injury in his first year with the program. Played a total of 28 minutes. Averaged 2.0 points and 0.7 rebounds per game. Made his Cal State LA debut and had one rebounds in four minutes against Concordia (11-8-24). Had three points and one rebound at Biola (11-9-24). Had three points in a season-high 15 minutes in an 86-59 win over Fresno Pacific (11-13-24) in his final game of the season. Earned 2024-25 CCAA All-Academic honors and CCAA 2024-25 CCAA Winter Academic Honor Roll recognition.

At UC San Diego: Played for two seasons with the Tritons. Appeared in 34 games over two seasons. Was a Triton Athletes’ Council team representative for two years.

At Modesto Christian High School: Was a four-time All-League, three-time All-District and three-time All-State award winner. Named Tri-City Athletic League Most Valuable Player honors as a senior. Helped lead the Crusaders to four league titles and two Open Division playoff appearances. Score more than 1,500 points in his career to rank in the top-five in school history. Recorded more than 500 assists, which is No. 2 all-time in school history.

Personal: Son of Michael and Saundra Pearson. Majoring in public health. Enjoys cooking, playing video games and watching Tik-Tok. Lists winning a section title as a high school sophomore as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes he loves Jesus Christ.
