Cal State LA Athletics

2025-26: Was one of the team’s best players in his third year with the program. Appeared in all 28 games with 23 starts and played a total of 808 minutes. Averaged 12.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. Was third on the team in scoring, second in rebounds and third in minutes played. Made his first career start for Cal State LA and had six points and eight rebounds against Biola (11-14-25). Matched his career high with 23 points, seven rebounds and four steals at Cal Poly Pomona (12-4-25). Also had 21 points on 8-of-9 shooting and five rebounds in a 69-68 win over Cal State San Bernardino (2-26-26). Hit the game-winning 3-pointer with three seconds left. Also hit a game-winning jumper in the final seconds as part of a 19-point performance to give the Golden Eagles a 57-56 win over Stanislaus State (1-8-26). Had 15 points and a career-high 11 rebounds in a 63-45 win at Cal State San Bernardino (12-6-25). Had nine points, five rebounds and a career-high seven assists against Cal State San Marcos (2-14-26). Reached double figures in scoring 19 times and scored 20 or more points four times.

2024-25: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any games for the Golden Eagles in his second year with the program.

2023-24: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Appeared in all 32 games and played a total of 438 minutes. Averaged 6.6 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. Was sixth on the team in scoring, fifth in rebounding, and second in successful 3-pointers with 41. Made his Cal State LA debut and scored 10 points in 19 minutes of a 73-65 win at Biola (11-10-23). Had a season-high 23 points and five rebounds in 15 sensational minutes of an 81-72 win over San Francisco State (2-8-23). Had 12 points and a season-high seven rebounds in an 88-83 win at Stanislaus State (2-1-24). Reached double figures in scoring nine times. Was named Cal State LA’s Freshman of the Year for the intercollegiate athletics department.

At West Ranch High School: Averaged 14 points, four rebounds and four assists per game. Was the 2022-23 Damien Classic Most Valuable Player and earned second-team All-League honors. Team won the 2022-23 Tarkanian Classic and was ranked 18^th in the country. Graduated from high school with a 3.0 grade point average. 

Personal: Son of Antonio and Dr. Kesha Fields. Majoring in Pan African Studies. Enjoys basketball, basketball and more basketball. Lists winning as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes he honors God by continuing to develop the blessing in which God has given him. Says he picked up a basketball at the age of 3 and hasn’t put it down since. Notes he lives by Proverbs 3:5-6.
