2007-08: Made significant contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in 27 games and started nine times. Played a total of 494 minutes. Averaged 2.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. Was second on the team in assists. Had a season-high eight points, three rebounds and three assists in a 93-72 win at Chico State (2-28-08). Also had eight points and two assists in an 81-72 win against Sonoma State (12-1-07). Had a season-high seven assists in an 82-51 win over Chico State (1-26-08). Made his Cal State L.A. debut and played 15 minutes in a 97-73 win over Saint Martin's (11-23-07). Made his first start for the Golden Eagles and played a season-high 31 minutes at Cal State San Bernardino (1-4-08).

At Los Angeles Southwest Junior College: Earned first-team All-Conference honors and was second on the state in assists. Averaged 12.3 points, 8.0 assists and 2.9 steals per game in 2006-07.

At Dorsey High School: Averaged 15 points, five assists and two steals per game. Scored 29 points against Crenshaw as a freshman. Was the team’s Most Valuable Player as a freshman and a co-Most Valuable Players as a senior.

Personal: Son of Edmond and Carol Flournoy. Majoring in communication studies. Enjoys making beats. Lists scoring his first basket and his first dunk as his most exciting experiences in sports.
