Summary

Biography

2025: Was one of the team’s top player for the Golden Eagles in her third year with the program. Started all 18 games for Cal State LA and led the team in minutes played with 1,564. Had two assists for two points. Made her season debut and played 83 minutes in a 0-0 tie with Western Oregon. Picked up her first assist of the season on a goal by Delia Bocanegra in the 23rd minute of a 2-0 win at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sept. 27. Also had an assist on the game-tying goal in the 49th minute of a 2-1 victory over Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 19. Played a career-high 90 minutes in 13 of Cal State LA’s 18 games.

2024: Had an outstanding season and played a bigger role for the Golden Eagles in her second year with the program. Started all 18 games for the Golden Eagles and played a total of 914 minutes. Had one assist for one point. Played 55 minutes and had an assist in a season-opening 4-2 win over Westmont on Sept. 5. Got the assist on a goal by Reyna Roman in the 79th minute to account for the final score. Played a career-high 74 minutes at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 20. Played more than 50 minutes in 11 games and was seventh on the team in minutes played.

2023: Made significant contributions for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program. Appeared in 16 games in with six starts. Played a total of 330 minutes. Had one goal and one assist for three points. Made her Cal State LA debut and played 17 minutes in a 2-2 tie at Point Loma on Sept. 2. Got her first start and played a season-high 44 minutes in a 0-0 tie at Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 12. Scored one of the fastest goals in program history when she got her first career goal with assists from Jassmin Ortiz and Erin Schrock just 23 seconds into a 3-0 win at Cal Poly Humboldt on Oct. 29. Picked up her assist on a goal by Liliana Gonzalez in the 49th minute of a 4-1 win over San Francisco State on Sept. 29.

At Anaheim High School: Earned first-team all-CIF honors and was a league Most Valuable Player in soccer as a senior. Earned first-team All-League honors all four years and was a three-time team captain. Was also a team Most Valuable Player for cross country in her junior and senior seasons and a three-time team captain. Was a three-time team captain in track and field and the team MVP in her junior and senior seasons. Was the school’s Female Athlete of the Year and Athlete Character of the Year.

Personal: Daughter of Arturo and Luz Carbajal. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys going to Angels games and watching true crime shows. Lists scoring a goal 23 seconds into a win at Cal Poly Humboldt in 2023 as her most exciting experience in sports.
