2017: Was on the track and field roster for the Golden Eagles, but did not compete in any meets in her final year with the program. For her career, had best marks of 64.41 in the 400 meters, 2:21.86 in the 800, 4:48.91 in the 1,500

2016: Returned from injury and competed in seven races for Cal State LA’s cross country team in the fall. Finished 68^th in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a time of 24:03.6 over 6,000 meters. Also placed 145^th in the NCAA Division II West Regionals with a time of 24:28.8 over 6,000 meters.

2015: Battled through injuries and competed in four races for the Golden Eagles last fall. Finished 99^th in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a time of 25:15.6 over a 6,000-meter course and was 174^th at the NCAA Division II West Regionals with a time of 25:48.8 over a 6,000-meter course. Did not compete for the Golden Eagles’ track and field team in the spring (2016) because of injury.

2014: Was one of the top runners on the Golden Eagles’ cross country team. Was the team’s No. 1 runner at the UC Irvine Invitational, finishing 23^rd with a time of 19:29.9 over a 5,000-meter course. Finished 43^rd at the CCAA Championships with a time of 24:03.5 over a 6,000-meter course and was the team’s No. 4 runner. Also placed 92^nd at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 23:39.8 and was the team’s No. 2 runner. Also competed for the Golden Eagles’ track and field team in the spring (2015), but battled injury for most of the season. Had a best time of 2:28.58 in the 800 and 5:10.32 in the 1,500.

2013: Was one of the most improved runners on the cross country team in the fall. Was consistently in the team’s top-three. Finished 30^th in the CCAA Championships with a time of 23:06.0 over 6,000 meters and was 71^st in the NCAA West Regional with a time of 23:46.3. Finished in the top-10 in two meets, placing seventh at the UC San Diego Opener and finishing ninth at the Rose City Classic in Pasadena. Also competed for the Golden Eagles’ track and field team (2014). Had best times of 2:21.86 in the 800 and 4:48.91 in the 1,500 in outdoor track. Also posted a best time of 2:27.13 in indoor track and field.

2012: Competed for Cal State LA’s track and field team in the spring (2013). Had best times of 64.41 in the 400 meters and 2:24.24 in the 800.

At Mark Keppel High School: Was the MVP of the track and field team in 2012 and co-MVP in 2011. Won Almont League championships in the 4x400 in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Cross country team won league titles in 2010 and 2011.

Personal: Daughter of Peter and Sherry Quan. Majoring in chemistry. Enjoys reading, eating and sleeping. Lists going to CIF in track and field as her most exciting experiences in sports.
