AMARILLO, Texas — Isabelle Olivas-Lowell recorded a top-10 finish to lead Cal State LA's women's golf team on the final day of the WT Fall Invitational Tuesday at Tascosa Golf Club's La Paloma Course.
Olivas-Lowell shot an even-par 71 in the final round and finished alone in seventh place with an even-par, 54-hole total of 213. She opened the tournament with rounds of 69 and 73.
The Golden Eagles finished fourth in the team standings at 27-over-par 879 after rounds of 284, 292 and 303. Cal State LA began the final round in third place.
Sarah Amaya joined Olivas-Lowell in the top 20, tying for 17th at 7-over 220. Amaya followed consecutive rounds of 72 on Monday with a final-round 76.
Annie Betts finished 27th at 14-over 227 following rounds of 69, 80 and 78. Daniela Andrade and Rilee Crosby tied for 28th at 15-over 228. Andrade posted rounds of 77, 73 and 78, while Crosby recorded scores of 74, 74 and 80.
UT Dallas captured the team championship with a 1-under total. Host West Texas A&M finished second at 12-over, while Cal State Monterey Bay placed third at 15-over.
Cal State LA will return to action Oct. 12-13 at the Western Washington University Invitational in Bellingham, Washington.
