GOODYEAR -- Cal State LA's women's golf team fired a 1-under-par final round and placed four golfers among the top 10 to finish second at the 2026 Women's Shootout at Estrella.
The Golden Eagles followed Monday's 2-over-par 290 with a 1-under-par 287 Tuesday to finish the 36-hole tournament at 1-over-par 577. Cal State San Marcos won the 16-team tournament with a 3-under-par total of 573 after rounds of 286 and 287.
Cal State LA finished 10 strokes ahead of third-place Point Loma, which posted a two-round score of 587. UT-Dallas placed fourth at 594, and Vanguard rounded out the top five at 596.
Rilee Crosby led the Golden Eagles with a final-round 2-under-par 70. She climbed three positions and finished tied for third with a 2-under-par total of 142 following rounds of 72 and 70.
Crosby finished five strokes behind individual champion Ellaclair Leedom of Cal State San Marcos, who shot rounds of 70 and 67 for a 7-under-par total of 137. Point Loma's Summer Schafer placed second at 3-under-par 141.
Isabelle Olivas-Lowell and Annie Betts gave Cal State LA two additional top-10 finishers. Olivas-Lowell shot an even-par 72 Tuesday to move into a tie for sixth at 2-over-par 146. She opened the tournament with a 74.
Betts also tied for sixth following consecutive rounds of 73 for a 2-over-par total of 146.
Sarah Amaya, who entered the final round in fifth place, completed the Golden Eagles' group of four top-10 finishers. Amaya shot a final-round 76 and tied for 10th at 3-over-par 147 after opening with a 1-under-par 71.
Daniela Andrade made the Golden Eagles' biggest move of the final round. Andrade improved by six strokes with an even-par 72 and climbed 30 positions into a tie for 17th. She finished with a 6-over-par total of 150 following an opening-round 78.
Lisette Orellana, competing as an individual, tied for 46th. She recorded rounds of 76 and 81 for a 13-over-par total of 157.
Cal State LA's four counting scores in the final round were Crosby's 70, the even-par 72s from Olivas-Lowell and Andrade, and Betts' 73.
