    Assistant Men's Soccer Coach
A talented coach with an impressive playing background, Artur Jozkowicz joins the Cal State LA men’s soccer program as an assistant coach. Jozkowicz had a brilliant playing career at Loyola Marymount, where he also served as Director of Operations upon his graduation.

In his role at Loyola Marymount, Jozkowicz conducted opponent analysis, wrote game reports and oversaw academic mentoring, which helped the Lions achieve an overall grade point average of 3.2. The Lions also won their second West Coast Conference championship.

Jozkowicz is currently the National Director of Coaching for AYSO United and works alongside club directors and coaches to oversee the development of more than 9,000 players. Previously, he was the Director of Coaching for AYSO United Los Angeles.

He also serves as an assistant coach for the Harvard Westlake Boys Soccer program.

Jozkowicz was a star player at Loyola Marymount, where he started his career by earning WCC All-Freshman Team honors. He earned second-team All-WCC honors as a junior and first-team All-WCC recognition as a senior. He helped bring the program its first-ever WCC championship and finished his career ranked No. 7 in points (48), No. 7 in goals scored (16), No. 10 in assists (13), No. 4 in game-winning goals (6), No. 2 in games played (80) and No. 3 in minutes played (5,536).

Born in Krakow, Poland, Jozkowicz played at Santa Monica High School, where he led the Vikings to their first-ever CIF and state championships.

After completing his collegiate career, he was invited to participate in the Seattle Sounders and San Jose Earthquakes combines before embarking on his coaching career.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Jozkowicz is also a United States Soccer Federation Instructor for the USSF Grassroots and National C License. In this role, he mentors coaches through formal education courses to promote learning and contribute to their professional development.
 
Jozkowicz holds a USSF ‘A’ license and a UEFA ‘B’ license. He is currently working on his UEFA ‘A’ license.

Jozkowicz earned his bachelor’s degree at LMU and went on to earn his Master’s degree from Ohio University in Sports & Recreation with an emphasis in coaching soccer.
