Cal State LA Athletics

2025: Had a sensational season and was one of the team’s best players in her first year with the program. Appeared in 18 games with 14 starts and played a total of 887 minutes. Had four goals and one assist for nine points. Led the team in goals and was second in points. Earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honorable mention. Made her Cal State LA debut and played 34 minutes in a 0-0 tie with Western Oregon on Sept. 4. Made her first start and played 32 minutes in a 0-0 tie with Biola on Sept. 18. Scored her first goal to give the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead in the 15^th minute of a 2-0 win at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sept. 27. Scored the team’s only goal against Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 10. Scored the game-winning goal in the 89^th minute of a 2-1 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 19 when she headed the ball over the goalkeeper and in. Gave the Golden Eagles a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 47^th minute of a 1-1 tie at Cal Poly Pomona on Nov. 2. Also had an assist on a goal by Kristin Mijares in the 12^th minute of a 2-0 win over San Francisco State on Oct. 24. Earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors. Earned a 2025-26 D2 Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award, 2025-26 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors and 2025 CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition.

At Cypress College: Was the Orange Empire Conference Offensive Most Valuable Player and received the conference’s Character Champion Award. Earned All-State and All-Region honors in 2024 and was the team Most Valuable Player. Started all 47 games she appeared in for the Chargers in two seasons. Had 27 goals and 21 assists for 75 points. Had 16 goals and nine assists for 41 points in 2023 and 11 goals and 12 assists in 2024. Named Cypress College’s Female Athlete of the Year. Team reached the state championship game two years in a row.

At Costa Mesa High School: Was a four-year varsity player. Earned All-CIF honors as a sophomore and was a two-time team Most Valuable Player and a two-time Offensive MVP. Earned All-League honors all four years in high school and was a Scholar-Athlete.

Personal: Daughter of Celerino and Carmen Ramirez. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys shopping and hanging out with family and friends. Lists making it to the state championship two years in a row at Cypress College as her most exciting experience in sports.
